All products sold by Authentic India are carefully sourced and quality-checked before dispatch. However, minor variations in packaging, color, size, or appearance may occur due to supplier updates, seasonal availability, or screen/display differences. Such variations do not affect product quality.

Orders & Payments

  • Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.

  • Authentic India reserves the right to accept, decline, or cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • All prices are displayed in EUR (€) and are subject to change without prior notice.

  • Payments must be completed through our secure checkout system using authorized payment partners.

Product Availability

Shipping & Delivery

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before the parcel is booked for dispatch.

  • Once the dispatch label is generated or the parcel is handed over to the courier, the order cannot be cancelled or modified.

  • If a customer requests cancellation after dispatch has been initiated, the refund (if applicable) will be processed after deducting handling, packaging, and shipping/postal charges.

Returns & Refunds

  • Returns or replacements are accepted only for damaged, expired, or incorrect products.

  • Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, along with clear photo or video evidence.

  • If a return is approved, return shipping charges must be paid by the customer.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Refunds, where applicable, will be processed after inspection of the returned item.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Fresh and frozen products are non-refundable.

  • These items are purchased at the customer’s own risk, as temperature and handling conditions may vary during transit.
