🔹 Returns or replacements are accepted only for damaged, expired, or incorrect products delivered to the customer.

🔹 Any return or refund request must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, along with clear photo or video proof of the issue.

🔹 Once the return request is approved, the product must be sent back in its original condition and packaging.

🔹 Return shipping charges must be paid by the customer. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

🔹 Refunds, where applicable, will be processed after inspection of the returned item and confirmation of eligibility.

🔹 Orders can be cancelled only before the parcel is booked for dispatch. Once the dispatch label is generated, orders cannot be cancelled or modified.

🔹 If a customer chooses to cancel an order after dispatch has been initiated, handling, packaging, and postal/shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount.

🔹 Fresh and frozen products are non-refundable, as temperature and handling conditions may vary during transit.

🔹 Authentic India reserves the right to decline refund or return requests that do not meet the above conditions.
